Wild.io: Confiscated Winnings

8 cases on file where Wild.io voided winnings or kept a balance. Three involve bonuses.

A player from Luxembourg lost about $1,360 after cancelling a $69 bonus despite a warning pop-up.

A player from Japan had $13,378 voided after Wild.io said players from Japan may not take that bonus; the player says Japan was added to the list after the win.

In a case from Italy, the mediator found Wild.io's multi-account evidence too thin and asked it to pay €4,341. In two more, the player had used a VPN; Wild.io let one withdraw the deposit.

Two were sportsbook closures Casino.guru would not judge, and the newest, from Brazil, is still open.
