What Happened
A player from Germany says they deposited 2,000 USDT at 1xBit, played slots and grew it to 8,000 USDT. When they asked for their first withdrawal, the site logged them out and the security team closed the account for breaking its terms. The player says the deposit was kept as well. According to the player, the account never needed ID checks, only an email address.
How It Developed
- 2023-07-11Complaint opened. The player said it was their first withdrawal and that most of the win came from one popular slot.
- The mediator asked 1xBit why the account was blocked and gave it 7 more days.
- Through a casino affiliate, the mediator heard that 1xBit blamed multiple accounts and other broken terms. The player denied this and asked at least for the deposit back.
- 2023-08-171xBit stopped responding. The mediator closed the case, noting the casino has no valid licence, so there is no regulator to turn to.

1xBit never replied to the mediator directly; the player says the 8,000 USDT, deposit included, was kept.
