Nearly all tell the same story. A player asks to withdraw, often after a quick win, and 1xBit's security team closes or blocks the account for a breach of its terms without naming the rule. Players say 1xBit sometimes let them take out only their deposit, and sometimes kept everything.
1xBit never replied to the mediator directly in 10 cases, and went silent in an 11th after asking for the account ID. In four cases from 2023 and 2024, the mediator noted there was no regulator to take the complaint to; in a 2026 case, it pointed the player to the Anjouan regulator.
