What Happened
A player from Turkey says BC.Game closed their account with 4,824 USDT inside, all won on Crash and Dice over a couple of days. According to the player, they passed the identity step, but the address document was refused; support told them to upload another one, and before they could, the account was shut. An email from the casino, they say, cited unspecified rule breaches and called the decision preliminary. After seeing the casino's evidence, the mediator sided with BC.Game.
How It Developed
- 2026-06-22Complaint opened. The player wanted a second chance at the address check or their winnings paid out.
- 2026-06-23The mediator asked how long the player had been at the casino, whether a bonus was used, and for the messages about the accusation. The player sent screenshots and said the account was only days old.
- 2026-07-06A resolver took over and asked BC.Game to explain the block and share its evidence.
- 2026-07-06BC.Game said it had emailed the material to the resolver.
- 2026-07-07The resolver found a breach of the casino's terms in that material and turned the complaint down.
Rejected
The mediator accepted BC.Game's private evidence of a terms breach; the 4,824 USDT stays with the casino.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked for the player. The casino's evidence went by email and was never described publicly, so the exact rule is unknown. If you are in the same spot, ask the mediator to tell you at least which clause was relied on, so you can take it to the licensing authority.
