BC.Game: Account Blocked

27 cases on file where BC.Game blocked, locked or restricted an account with money inside.

The most common reason was a linked or second account: in 7 cases, a shared phone, a relative's deposit or an earlier account came to light, and the mediator sided with BC.Game.

Three more were closed without a look because the block was more than a year old. BC.Game never answered the mediator in two cases from Pakistan, both about crash-game winnings.

In a 2024 case, the mediator found its proof of banned techniques too weak, but the account stayed locked with more than $10,000 inside.

Four are still open, including about $97,000 held while BC.Game waits for a game provider's report; the casino says no fraud has been established.

In the newest, a player from Mexico says they were logged out mid-game and blocked while a 300-peso payout was pending.
