What Happened
A player from Indiana says they won around $50,000 at BC.Game in August 2026 and were immediately put through an advanced KYC check that support described in contradictory ways, with each upload refused for vague reasons. The account was then closed and they were told only the original deposits would be returned. They also wanted roughly $8,000 of staked money and unfinished futures trades released.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-15Complaint opened. The player said the big win came from crypto futures and Plinko, with no bonus, after more than a year on the site.
- 2026-09-28BC.Game replied that it restricted withdrawals after unusual transactions, that two KYC submissions listed different genders, and that it had refunded the player's deposits. It apologised for its mixed messages and sent its records to the mediator privately.
- 2026-10-06The mediator said the casino's files showed two different people passing identity and liveness checks on the same account on one day, and asked the player to explain.
- 2026-10-13No answer came, so the deadline was extended by a week.
- 2026-10-20The complaint was closed because the player stopped responding. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding after being asked why two people appear in the account's KYC records; the deposits were refunded, the winnings were not.
What Helped
The casino did refund the deposits, but the winnings question was never settled: the player went silent exactly when asked about a second person in the verification records. If someone else ever helped with your KYC selfie or video, say so up front, because the mediator will find it in the casino's logs.
