What Happened
A player from the Philippines says they turned a 0.664 SOL deposit into 17 SOL, worth about $2,529 at the time, on a slot at BC.Game. When they asked to withdraw, they say their earlier verification was wiped and they were told to do KYC again, only to get an email saying they had used up their submissions. They say the account was then tagged as a risk, the winnings were removed and only the deposit could be taken out. This happened in July 2025.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-11Complaint opened asking BC.Game to reset the KYC submission limit and release the 17 SOL.
- 2026-08-12The mediator asked when the block happened, what was submitted the first and second time, and whether wallet screenshots had been sent instead of explorer links.
- 2026-08-12The player said it dated from 7 July 2025, that no bonus was involved, and that the casino let them withdraw the deposit but took the winnings.
- 2026-08-19The mediator rejected the complaint as a cold case: more than six months had passed since the events.
Rejected
Rejected as a cold case — the July 2025 confiscation of 17 SOL was too old for the mediator to investigate.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing could be checked. A dispute over a year old will not be opened, however clear it looks. If a casino says you have hit a KYC submission limit, ask in writing for a manual review that same week and keep the emails; then complain within six months if nothing moves.
