What Happened
A player from India says BC.Game shut everything on their account at once: deposits, withdrawals, betting and even the KYC upload. They asked for a manual identity check and say support only gave reasons that had nothing to do with the problem. The player said they had used the account for two or three years, built the balance on the Crash game, and had sent an Aadhaar card, a face scan and a bank statement.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-10Complaint opened. The player wanted either a manual KYC route or a clear reason for the lock.
- 2026-09-11The player added that they would give up any winnings and only wanted whatever deposits had not yet been withdrawn paid back.
- 2026-09-24The mediator noted that a screenshot from the player showed the casino had worked out that withdrawals already exceeded deposits, and asked why the player wanted only net deposits.
- 2026-10-08No reply came after a one-week extension, so the complaint was closed. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding after the mediator asked why only net deposits were being claimed; BC.Game was never asked to reply.
What Helped
Nothing moved. The mediator's own reading of the player's screenshot was that BC.Game had already paid out more than was deposited, and the player never answered the question about it. If you ask for deposits back, bring a full deposit and withdrawal history that supports the number.
