What Happened
A player from Mexico says BC.Game permanently blocked their account and will not return what they deposited. They say support told them they could withdraw their net deposits, about 300 MXN with nothing ever withdrawn, but the withdrawal screen offers only 13 pesos, below the 25-peso minimum. The player says no reason for the block was ever given. The casino did not post in the thread.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-09Complaint opened with screenshots of the withdrawal screen.
- 2026-08-11The mediator asked about games, bonuses and whether support had been emailed. The player said mostly slots, and that chat had promised a net-deposit refund.
- 2026-09-11After a holiday delay, the mediator asked for the total deposited, the amount now offered and any reason given. The player said about 300 pesos in, nothing out, 13 pesos offered, no reason.
- 2026-09-16The mediator asked for the real-money balance at the moment of the block, noting that money lost in play is not part of a refundable balance.
- 2026-09-30The player did not answer, and the case was closed. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding when asked for the balance at the time of the block; the player says only 13 pesos was on offer.
What Helped
Nothing was settled. The key point the mediator raised is worth noting: a net-deposit refund usually means what is left after play, not everything you ever put in. Take a screenshot of your balance the moment an account is blocked.
