What Happened
A player from Quebec says Duelbits banned their account two days after a win of nearly $35,000 on Taptrading, one of the casino's own games. The player says the casino kept the whole balance, deposits included, and support only said the terms allowed it and that the play was flagged as illegal activity. They want the exact reason and at least their deposits back.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-23Complaint opened. The player later added that a friend told them Taptrading was switched off and then removed after the ban, which they could not check themselves.
- 2026-09-06After a video link could not be opened, the player sent screenshots of their support chats.
- 2026-09-13A resolver asked Duelbits for its reasons and evidence.
- 2026-10-01With no reply in the thread, the mediator began contacting the casino outside it.
- 2026-10-08The mediator reached a casino representative and is waiting for evidence. On 20 October the talks were still going.
Ongoing
The mediator is in private talks with Duelbits and waiting for its evidence. So far only the player's side is known.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
