What Happened
A player says they joined Duelbits on 23 July 2024, deposited about $17,000 in total and withdrew about $2,000. On 31 July every bet they tried was refused with a suspension notice, and live chat asked for KYC, which they say they finished quickly. On 1 August the casino told them the account was closed for good and set the $18,000 balance to zero. The player says no reason was given.
How It Developed
- 2024-07-31Bets started failing with a suspension notice, and support asked the player to complete KYC.
- 2024-08-01The player says the casino told them the account was closed for good and wiped the balance.
- Complaint opened: the player said they would drop the winnings and asked for about $15,000 in deposits back.
- AskGamblers asked Duelbits for an update and warned that silence would mean closing the case as unresolved. The player asked what else AskGamblers needed from them.
- Duelbits did not reply on the page, and the complaint is listed as Unresolved.
Unresolved
Duelbits did not answer the mediator. The player says about $15,000 of their own deposits is still held.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked: Duelbits never replied, so no reason for the closure is on record. If your account is shut with money inside, ask in writing which rule was broken, and keep your deposit and withdrawal records.
