What Happened
A player from Ukraine says they made six deposits at Gamdom on 4 October 2026 and won all but one of their sports bets, taking the balance above $55,000. After they passed KYC, the casino said it would let them withdraw for a short time and then close the account. The player could take out about $6,000. They say more than $49,000 in winnings was voided and no rule was named.
How It Developed
- 2026-10-04Six deposits went in, and every sports bet but one won.
- After KYC, support emailed that withdrawals were open briefly before a permanent closure, and that winnings and bonuses were void.
- Complaint opened: the player asked for the rule Gamdom used, the full bet history and the voided money.
- Gamdom said the account broke its terms but kept the details private, and applied section 10, its penalties for a breach. It reset the balance to the last deposit, 5,999.50, let the player withdraw that and voided the rest. It said it had sent its proof to AskGamblers.
- AskGamblers reviewed the case, found Gamdom followed its terms and closed it, pointing the player to a regulator or an ADR service (an outside dispute body).
Rejected
AskGamblers found Gamdom followed its terms. The player could withdraw about $6,000, and over $49,000 in winnings stays void, though the page lists the case as Resolved.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked for the player. The mediator saw Gamdom's private evidence and sided with the casino. If you get the same answer, take it to the casino's licensing regulator or an ADR service, and keep your full bet history.
