What Happened
A player from the Netherlands says Justbit had no right to serve Dutch players, and in September 2024 asked it for their money back. Justbit agreed in October to refund 1,974 EUR and said its legal team would draw up an agreement. After that, the player says, emails went unanswered and live chats were closed on them.
How It Developed
- 2024-11-15Complaint opened. The mediator said checking that a casino is allowed in your country is usually the player's job, but took the case because Justbit had promised a refund.
- Justbit apologised, blamed an overloaded legal team, and said the signed agreement was being checked. The player confirmed signing it.
- Justbit then blamed system maintenance, high volumes and its payment partners, and would not give a date.
- 2025-03-05After more than three months with no payment or real update, the mediator closed the case. Justbit has no valid licence, so there is no regulator to turn to.
Unresolved
Justbit agreed to refund 1,974 EUR and the player signed its settlement, but the casino gave no payment date and had not paid by the close.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
After the mediator stepped in, Justbit sent the refund agreement for the player to sign, but it still did not pay. Get any refund promise in writing with a date, and check a casino's licence for your country before you deposit.
