What Happened

A player from Croatia says they turned about 100 euros into 215 at Lucky Block, passed the ID check, and then hit a wall on address proof. According to the player, a recent credit-card bill and a bank statement were both refused, and an internet bill in their father's name was refused too, even though support had said that would be fine. The player says no reason was given for any rejection.

How It Developed

• 2026-10-06Complaint opened the day after the deposit. The mediator first asked the player to wait 14 days, then asked whether a bonus was used, where the documents were sent, and for screenshots of the verification page and the rejections.
