What Happened
A player from Germany says mBit Casino cancelled their first withdrawal minutes after they finished wagering a small deposit bonus, and then asked for a full KYC: ID, a selfie with a handwritten note, address proof and both sides of the bank card. According to the player, the KYC team was slow to reply and kept refusing the address document. The casino later said the account had been verified and the money paid out on 4 September. The player never confirmed.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-26Complaint opened three days after the KYC request, with no reply yet from the casino's verification team.
- 2026-08-27The player listed the documents sent, noted they had paid by Apple Pay and had deposited in crypto for months without any check, and said the dispute email also went unanswered.
- 2026-09-03The player reported that the KYC team had answered but was still turning down the address proof.
- 2026-09-10The case went to a resolver, who asked mBit to explain the delay.
- 2026-09-14mBit replied that the account was verified and the funds had been withdrawn on 4 September.
- 2026-09-29The player did not confirm receipt despite a reminder, so the complaint was closed for lack of response.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding; mBit says the account was verified and the 170 euros paid out on 4 September.
What Helped
Opening the complaint seems to have coincided with the KYC getting done: the casino reports the payout went through nine days later. Expect a first card-funded withdrawal to trigger full verification even on an older crypto account.
