Players describe a full check at the first withdrawal: ID, a selfie with a handwritten note, address proof and both sides of the bank card. mBit only accepts proof of address on paper, not as a PDF; one player fetched a paper gas bill from the utility's office.

In two cases the account was later verified and paid. In a third, mBit says it paid €170 nine days after the complaint; the player never confirmed.

The fourth was rejected over multiple accounts and deposits routed through middleman addresses.
