What Happened
A player from Misiones, Argentina, says an 80,000 ARS withdrawal from MyStake never reached them and asked for a refund. After seeing the player's evidence, the mediator found the payment had gone to the AstroPay account chosen in the withdrawal form, whose holder name did not match the player's own account.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-21Complaint opened (private post). The mediator asked the player to wait the usual 14 days.
- 2026-08-31The player said nothing had arrived and asked to keep the case open.
- 2026-09-06The mediator asked about KYC, bonuses, the withdrawal history and the payment screen; the player's answer is private.
- 2026-09-14The mediator rejected the complaint: the casino sent the money to the destination the player selected and did not swap in anyone else's details, so it is not responsible for where it ended up.
Rejected
The 80,000 ARS was sent to the AstroPay account selected in the request, which belonged to someone else, so the mediator did not hold MyStake responsible.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing could recover the money once it had landed in a third party's e-wallet. Check the recipient name, phone number and account ID on the withdrawal screen before confirming, because the casino is held to the details you pick, not the ones you meant.
