What Happened
A player says two bank withdrawals from MyStake, of 2,000 EUR and 2,500 EUR, were marked as done on 1 May 2026 but never reached their bank. The player says their bank and the payment firm both told them only the sender could trace the money. They say MyStake would not start a trace or send formal bank transfer records, and they wanted the money, proper tracking papers, or the sums put back on their balance.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-01MyStake marked both bank withdrawals as done and gave the player PDF payment confirmations.
- Complaint opened. The player said the money never arrived and asked for bank tracking records or a refund to the casino balance.
- The player said no further emails had come from MyStake, apart from one with a hard-to-read file. They threw that one away, thinking it was spam, since the sender was not clearly the casino.
- MyStake said it had sent everything needed to trace the payments through the bank, including a tracking number in the PDFs and a file for manual checks. It said only the bank could look further.
- The player replied that the email held nothing new, that the bank still could not find the payments, and asked why it came from a different web address.
- The mediator reviewed both sides, found MyStake had acted in line with its terms, and closed the case. It pointed the player to a regulator or a dispute-resolution body.
Rejected
The mediator found MyStake followed its terms, though the page lists the case as Resolved. The player says the 4,500 EUR never arrived.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing on the page brought the money back. The mediator accepted that MyStake had handed over the tracking details, so the trace now sits with the banks. If a bank payout shows as done but never lands, ask your bank to run a trace with the casino's reference at once. Don't delete casino emails from an unfamiliar address before checking with support.
