16 cases on file where money didn't leave MyStake as expected. Three are bank payouts the casino marked as sent that players say never arrived, and players say MyStake would not start a trace.
In the 4,500 EUR case, the mediator found MyStake had handed over the tracking details.
Large payouts met reviews and limits: about €17,000 came out in monthly instalments, and MyStake says a $230,000 sports balance can be withdrawn at up to $15,000 a month.
Other players say a cancelled £6,000 withdrawal never came back to the balance, and that £2,000 was removed from a payout over a bonus cap.
In one case, an 80,000 ARS payout went to an AstroPay account the player picked, which belonged to someone else.
