What Happened
A player from Poland says they came back to a dormant Rainbet account in May 2026, placed a few football bets, reached €108 and were asked to verify at withdrawal. They say the check was approved, the balance vanished minutes later, and chat told them the verification had been judged fraudulent. Later, they say, Rainbet claimed no activity since 2025 and their May history was gone.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-26Complaint opened. The player had sent a passport and a cable TV bill for KYC.
- 2026-06-02The mediator asked for the same KYC documents; the player hesitated to share private papers.
- 2026-06-16The mediator explained the documents were needed because the casino alleged KYC fraud.
- 2026-06-20The player said Rainbet let them verify again and passed them, but now denied any May deposits or bets.
- 2026-06-26The mediator asked for proof those bets and deposits happened; the player had none and sent only a chat where support said funds were withheld.
- 2026-07-03With no documents and no transaction records, the mediator rejected the complaint.
Rejected
With no KYC documents and no proof of the May deposits, the mediator could not test Rainbet's position; the €108 was not returned.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Two gaps sank the case: the player would not share the KYC files, and had no screenshot or bank record of the May deposits. Keep deposit confirmations and bet history screenshots as you go, and expect the mediator to need your KYC documents when a casino alleges document fraud.
