What Happened
A player from Russia says they paid $300 into Rollbit, won a sports bet and had $516 when they asked to withdraw. They passed a level 3 identity and address check. They say support then accused them of running several accounts and offered a live video check, which they accepted, but compliance banned the account and kept the whole balance instead.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-28The mediator asked whether anyone else at the same address played there, what games were played, and whether a VPN was used.
- 2026-05-28The player said nobody else used the account, and that they used a proxy only because local internet providers block many foreign sites.
- 2026-06-03The mediator asked about the player's country, the country given at sign-up, and logins from several places. The answer is private.
- 2026-06-08The case was closed as unresolved without contacting Rollbit further, because it has a long record of ignoring complaints. The player was pointed to the Curaçao regulator.
Unresolved
Rollbit has a record of not answering the mediator, so its side was never heard. The player says the $516, including a $300 deposit, was kept.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing, because Rollbit does not take part in mediation. Note that a proxy or VPN, even one used just to reach the site, is among the first things a mediator asks about in multi-account disputes. The route left is the licensing body.
