What Happened
A player from British Columbia says Rollbit locked withdrawals on their verified account in January 2026, although they had cashed out before. According to the player, live chat kept asking which other Rollbit accounts they had, later asked why they placed certain bets, and then said their answers were not truthful. The player says this is their only account, first used in 2024 and again from December 2025.
How It Developed
- 2026-04-10Complaint opened with the player's emails and chat logs. The player says months of emails had gone unanswered.
- 2026-04-11After reading the chats, the mediator noted the casino kept asking the player to declare linked accounts and cited anti-money-laundering checks. It asked about shared networks, VPNs, other users and betting tools.
- 2026-04-11The player said they played only from home, used only their own account and had finished Rollbit's level 4 verification.
- 2026-04-20The mediator closed the case as unresolved, saying Rollbit has a No Reaction Policy after ignoring 23 complaints, and suggested the licensing authority.
Unresolved
Rollbit never answered the mediator, so its linked-account and anti-money-laundering concerns were never explained or tested.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Sending the chat logs and emails up front let the mediator see the casino's stated reason straight away. It still went nowhere, because Rollbit does not reply to this mediator. A complaint to the licensing regulator is the route left.
