What Happened
A player from Brazil says Roobet's verification dragged on through more than fifteen photo uploads before finally being approved, and that when they then tried to withdraw 649 USDT the site showed a message saying the feature was turned off. Support read their messages but, the player says, never answered. They say no bonus was used and the money was their own deposit.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-17Complaint opened in Portuguese asking Casino.guru to get the 649 USDT released.
- 2026-08-19The mediator explained why KYC exists and asked whether the casino had flagged any problem with the documents or asked for any to be resent.
- 2026-08-26No reply, so the deadline was extended by a week.
- 2026-09-02The complaint was closed because the player did not respond. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding, so it is not known why Roobet disabled withdrawals or whether the 649 USDT was ever paid.
What Helped
Nothing was tested: the player did not come back after the first question and Roobet was never asked why withdrawals were disabled. If you see a withdrawals-disabled message right after passing KYC, ask support in writing for the reason and a timeframe, and bring that answer to the mediator.
