Roobet: Withdrawal Issues

19 cases on file where a Roobet withdrawal was held or didn't arrive.

Most were large crypto payouts stuck in what support called a routine review or a random check, with no reason or time estimate: $250,000, $190,000 in ETH, about $111,000 and $20,000 in USDC among them.

Players say these came through soon after a complaint. A $22,800 payout, held after a player won back a hacked account, also arrived after a complaint, though live casino games stayed blocked.

Bank payouts caused other trouble: a euro transfer bounced and sat with a payment processor, and a player from Poland says a payout was marked sent, then rejected, three times.

Where money stayed held, Roobet cited collusion or locked the account on private evidence. Two players from Brazil say withdrawals were switched off, or limited to crypto, after long KYC checks.

• File a complaint listing each pending request's amount, coin and time if support only calls it a routine review.
• Wait 14 days after a request, with KYC done, before you file — the mediator asked two players to wait that long first.
• Get the return reference from your bank the same day if a bank payout bounces, and ask Roobet which provider sent it.
• Think twice before depositing more while a withdrawal is on hold.
