What Happened
A player says Roobet kept their account under review for over a week, with support telling them to wait, and then locked it. About 2,000 USDT was left inside. The player says they were never told why, and offered to send any documents the casino needed.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened. The player asked why the account was locked, what was holding up the review and when they could withdraw.
- Roobet said it had emailed the player. The player said no email had arrived.
- Roobet said that, based on evidence it shared privately, the player broke a term that bans fraud, collusion and playing with the help of software or devices.
- The mediator found Roobet acted within its terms and closed the case. It pointed the player to a regulator or an outside dispute service (ADR).
Rejected
The case was marked resolved, but the mediator found Roobet followed its terms after seeing its private evidence. Nothing shows the funds were released.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked for the player: the casino's evidence went to the mediator privately, and the mediator accepted it. If a casino says it emailed you, check your spam folder and ask it to resend to your account address, so you don't miss your chance to answer.
