In three, things cleared soon after a complaint: a review that held $4,536 ended with the payout, casino and sports betting came back on for a player from Nigeria, and a player whose account was shut before a 1,100 USDC payout marked the case settled two days later.

Two were rejected: one player admitted making extra accounts to change a referral code, and in another the mediator accepted Roobet's private evidence after a week-long review ended with about 2,000 USDT locked. A 2021 VIP closure over unnamed irregularities ended unresolved.

The newest also ended in a payout: the player confirmed a $22,800 withdrawal arrived, but Roobet kept live casino games blocked, citing clause 8.22 of its terms.
