What Happened
A player from Canada says Shuffle held their withdrawals for a compliance review of more than two weeks, then emailed that all was clear and paid them out. The next day a new withdrawal of about 1,700 to 1,800 USDT got stuck. The player says live chat then banned them, and a few days later the account no longer existed.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-25Complaint opened. The player said they won the money on casino games.
- 2026-10-05The player said the withdrawal was still pending when they lost access, and that no message ever explained the closure.
- 2026-10-09The mediator confirmed from Shuffle's email that the review was finished and the account had no limits as of 10 September. It asked for proof of the later withdrawal.
- 2026-10-12The player had no screenshot of it and asked that Shuffle be made to share its own account records.
- 2026-10-16The mediator asked for proof the account can no longer be reached, such as the login error. The player's reply is waiting for moderation.
Ongoing
The mediator is still collecting evidence and has not yet asked Shuffle for its side.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Screenshot every withdrawal request while it is pending. The mediator could confirm the cleared review from Shuffle's email, but had nothing showing the later withdrawal, so the case now leans on the casino's own records.
