What Happened
A player says two Shuffle withdrawals have been in review for months: 8,584.83 USDC asked for on 1 November 2025 and 0.064 BTC on 18 December 2025, about $12,972 together. The player says the account was fully verified and no extra KYC or anti-money-laundering papers were ever requested. Live chat sent them to email, and the player says the emails went unanswered.
How It Developed
- 2025-11-01The first withdrawal, in USDC, was requested. The second, in BTC, followed on 18 December.
- Complaint opened. The player said they could still play on the account but could not get paid.
- The mediator asked Shuffle for a full explanation, evidence for its accusations, and the exact terms it says were broken.
- Shuffle said an internal team was still gathering details and it would send a full answer by email. The player said the casino had first claimed its review had already found abuse.
- The mediator gave Shuffle 96 more hours to post an update, warning the case would close unresolved otherwise.
Unresolved
Shuffle posted no full explanation on the page, even after a 96-hour extension. No payout of the roughly $12,972 is shown.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing so far. The player asked the mediator to check when the account was first flagged and whether the casino's evidence is older than the complaint. That timing question is worth asking whenever a casino names a reason only after you complain.
