39 cases on file where a Shuffle withdrawal didn't arrive, from $19.78 to about $88,000. Almost always the payout went into review and stayed there, sometimes for months.

• Ask support in writing whether any document is still missing — in one case a proof-of-funds request was the real blocker.

• Keep one account only, even when support ignores you — a second sign-up to reach a human ended one case against the player.
