What Happened
A player from Greece says a Solcasino withdrawal of 5.991 SOL went to an address one character shorter than the wallet he entered, so the coins now sit in an account nobody holds the key to. He argues the casino's own form rejects a 43-character address, so the cut must have happened on the casino's side; a second payout three minutes later reached the right address. He says support refused to involve engineers. The mediator closed the case under its no-reaction policy without contacting the casino.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-08Complaint opened with the two withdrawal IDs and a request for an audit of the failed one.
- 2026-09-09The mediator asked for both transaction signatures, a recording of the withdrawal form and a screenshot of the withdrawal history; the player supplied them the same day.
- 2026-09-15The mediator asked for the support conversation; the player sent the Discord ticket and said a complaint was already with the licensing body.
- 2026-09-22The mediator closed the case as unresolved, explaining that Solcasino already had more than six complaints closed for not responding, so it would not be contacted again.
Unresolved
Solcasino has ignored so many complaints that the mediator closed this one without asking the casino.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing from the mediation: Solcasino's record of ignoring Casino.guru means new complaints are closed without the casino being asked. The player had already gone to the regulator, which is the only remaining route. Keep on-chain proof of both the good and the bad transaction.
