A player from Kenya says a withdrawal request at Solcasino, less than a week after signing up, triggered a KYC check. They uploaded documents, were told to wait 48 hours, and about a month later found the account stopped for suspicious activity. Every time they asked support, they say, the answer was that a department was looking at it and to wait another 48 hours. They used no bonus, they add. Solcasino never answered Casino.guru.
Solcasino never answered the mediator; the player says the roughly $1,500 balance is still held.
