What Happened
A player from Bangladesh says Solcasino blocked her account when she tried to withdraw part of a $1,500 win and asked for verification. She uploaded ID, a selfie, a bank statement and contact details within a day, was told the review could take 30 days, then on 30 July was asked to do it all again and told the first set had never arrived. Weeks later nothing had moved.
How It Developed
- 2025-09-08Complaint opened after more than two months of waiting across two verification rounds.
- 2025-09-11The mediator collected the documents list and the support emails.
- 2025-09-20The resolver asked Solcasino why the payout was still pending.
- 2025-09-27No reply; the casino was given 7 more days.
- 2025-10-07Still nothing, so the case was marked unresolved and the player was pointed to the New Brunswick Gaming Authority.
Unresolved
Solcasino never answered the mediator, and the $1,500 balance stays locked behind an unfinished verification.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
The casino simply did not engage. The one route left is the regulator named on the casino's licence seal, and the mediator offered to help file that complaint.
