What Happened
A player from Georgia says Solcasino has kept their account under an AML review for about ten months. By their account, they deposited roughly 30 SOL in July 2025, met the wagering needed to withdraw, requested a payout and were put under review; the KYC that followed was passed and shows as complete inside the platform, yet the account stays gated so they cannot even see the balance. Over 20 support contacts and offers of source-of-funds proof got only generic replies. Solcasino never answered the mediator.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-10Complaint opened with on-chain deposit records and a copy of a formal escalation email sent to the casino that day.
- 2026-05-12The player told the mediator the play was a few slot sessions, no bonus, and that no timeline or clause had ever been given.
- 2026-05-27A resolver took over, warned that the casino had ignored past messages, and invited Solcasino to respond.
- 2026-06-03No reply; the casino got seven more days.
- 2026-06-10The case was closed as unresolved and the player was pointed to the Tobique Gaming Commission via the licence badge on the casino's site.
Unresolved
Solcasino ignored the mediator; about 30 SOL has been frozen behind an open-ended review since mid-2025.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing moved the casino, which never responded. The useful leftover is the regulator route: the mediator told the player to file with the Tobique Gaming Commission through the licence badge in the site footer and offered help with that filing.
