What Happened
A player from Nigeria says a 100 USDT promotional bonus landed in their Stake account on 18 July 2026, they met the conditions and requested a 99.99 USDT withdrawal. Minutes later, they say, the request flipped to a refunded status and the balance disappeared. According to the player, support said the bonus had been given out by mistake. The player wanted the withdrawal restored.
