Stake.com: Bonus Disputes

10 cases on file about bonuses and promotions.

Most are offers players say weren't paid: a $10 deposit offer, a $300 reward for daily betting, a $500 bonus claimed two months late, VIP reload bonuses sold as permanent, and two sports promotions that count a bet as won early if a team scores first.

In others, a bonus got in the way of a withdrawal: one taken by accident came with a $12,000 wagering requirement, and one Stake said it gave out by mistake was taken back.

In all 7 rejected cases, the mediator accepted Stake's terms or decision, including a rule that lets it cancel bonuses left unclaimed for 60 days. The other 3 closed when the player stopped answering.

• Read the full terms of a promotion before you rely on it, including who is eligible and any claim deadline.
• Claim a bonus as soon as it's confirmed — Stake's terms let it cancel one left unclaimed for 60 days.
• Save the offer, any live-chat promise and your qualifying bets before you deposit or play for it.
• Stop playing and ask support in writing to remove a bonus you took by mistake.
