What Happened
A player from Poland says they opened a TG.Casino account in mid-November 2025, bet mainly on Champions League matches and used the casino a few times. According to the player, verification for a first withdrawal was approved on 7 December, reversed by email the next day, and on 12 December the account was closed with the balance kept and no reason given. About €98 was involved. TG.Casino never answered the mediator.
How It Developed
- 2026-04-01The mediator asked whether the block came straight after KYC, whether any document was questioned, and whether a bonus was used; the player said no bonus and that the block came three days after approval.
- 2026-04-09The player posted their correspondence with the casino.
- 2026-04-16The case moved to a resolver, who warned that this casino had ignored earlier messages, and invited TG.Casino to respond.
- 2026-04-23The deadline was extended by 7 days with a warning about an unresolved mark.
- 2026-04-29No reply, so the complaint was closed as unresolved and the player was told how to complain to the Curaçao regulator.
Unresolved
TG.Casino never answered the mediator; the account stays closed with about €98 kept.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing: TG.Casino did not take part, as the mediator had warned it might not. The only remaining step is a complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, naming the operating company so it is not thrown out.
