What Happened
A player from Iran says that after they sent an ID card to TG.Casino for verification, they were shut out of the site entirely with about $800 still in the account. According to the player, the balance came from football bets. The casino did not respond to the mediator.
How It Developed
- 2024-12-22The mediator asked which documents were sent and whether the player had asked the casino why. No reply came, and the case was closed on 6 January.
- 2025-01-27Reopened at the player's request: support had asked for ID, the player sent it and was then locked out. The mediator asked for the documents and the chat screenshots.
- 2025-02-07After the player said the bets were on football, the mediator warned that a purely sports-related case might be outside its remit, then a resolver invited TG.Casino to explain the block.
- 2025-02-24No answer after a reminder. The complaint was closed as unresolved with a pointer to the Curaçao regulator.
Unresolved
TG.Casino never responded about the lockout; the player says about $800 is still in the account.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing, because the casino stayed silent. Answer the mediator's first questions promptly so the case is not closed and reopened, and expect that a Telegram casino with a no-reaction record may need a regulator complaint rather than mediation.
