What Happened
A player from Italy says 200 USDT sent to Vave never appeared in their balance and that support only gave automated answers. The player says the transfer was a direct wallet-to-wallet payment, so there was no payment provider to ask for a trace.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-25Complaint opened. The mediator first suggested a provider trace; the player explained it was an on-chain transfer.
- 2026-09-10The mediator asked whether earlier deposits by the same method had worked, for a screenshot of the deposit instructions, and for the transaction hash.
- 2026-09-17No reply, so the deadline was extended by a week.
- 2026-09-24The complaint was closed because the player stopped responding. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player never supplied the transaction hash the mediator needed, so the case was closed for no response.
What Helped
The case stopped at the first real question. For a crypto deposit, the transaction hash is the whole case: it shows the amount, the network and the receiving address. Have it ready before you file.
