Rakebit credited 151.4 XRP sent without a destination tag, after first saying recovery would cost more than the deposit. It credited about $89 in SOL sent through a third-party bridge, calling it goodwill.

It says it credited a $97.36 USDT deposit on TON within hours of the mediator's request, though the player never confirmed.

In the fourth, 51 USDC landed on a different network from the one chosen; the player marked it resolved, but the thread doesn't show the credit.

• Send crypto directly on the network the cashier names, never through a bridge.
• Include the destination tag when you send XRP, and get support to confirm in writing if coins arrive without it.
• Keep the transaction hash and every support email that confirms the coins arrived.
• Escalate to a mediator if support refuses a manual credit.
