What Happened
A player from Kenya says they deposited 158 USDT at 1xBit from a crypto exchange account, staked 150 on red and 8 on zero in one roulette spin, and came out with 300 USDT. When they asked to withdraw half of it, the account was blocked at once, with no reason given, they say. The player says the account was verified and no bonus was active.
How It Developed

- 2024-02-02The mediator asked how the player had bet. The player confirmed the whole deposit went on one spin and the withdrawal request came straight after.
- 2024-02-05A second mediator took over and asked 1xBit why the account was blocked, then gave it 7 more days.
- 2024-02-191xBit never replied. The case was closed as unresolved; the mediator noted the casino has no valid license and names no dispute service to turn to.
