1xBit: Account Blocked

12 cases on file where 1xBit closed, blocked or disabled an account with money inside. In most, it happened right after a withdrawal request, in some cases within minutes or half an hour.

Players say the only explanation was a short note about a rule or terms breach, or none at all, and several say they were never asked for ID. 1xBit never replied to the mediator directly in nine cases.

Of the other three, a football bettor's case was declined because Casino.guru doesn't handle sportsbook-only closures, a player who says about 8 ETH of their own deposits was held stopped answering, and in a 2020 case 1xBit went silent after asking for the account ID.

• Send a written withdrawal request asking for the balance, the rule and the steps to cash out, and keep it for a regulator.
• Answer the mediator's first questions quickly, or the case closes before 1xBit is asked.
• Use the licence badge at the bottom of the site to contact the regulator if 1xBit stays silent.
• Take a sports-only closure to a sportsbook dispute service or the regulator.
