What Happened
A player from Mexico says BC.Game's system blocked her for running several accounts the instant she asked to withdraw 1,000 MXN won from a free prize-wheel credit. She denied having any other account, offered ID and proof of address, and says support refused a manual review. The casino later said three accounts had been used on her device.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-27Complaint opened. The player said she rents a room, shares the house with people who are not family, and never lends her phone.
- 2026-09-04The mediator asked whether she had opened extra accounts to claim the free bonus more than once; she said no and that she had never deposited.
- 2026-09-11The resolver invited the casino, which first could not find the account and asked for the user ID.
- 2026-09-14BC.Game said three accounts shared the same device, called it reward abuse, and noted none had deposits or balances; it emailed its evidence to the mediator.
- 2026-09-14The mediator found the device link clear and rejected the complaint.
Rejected
The casino showed the mediator three accounts on the same device, and the no-deposit prize winnings were not released.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing helped once the device data came out. A free sign-up credit with no deposit behind it is the first thing a casino checks, and if the mediator sees several accounts on one phone the complaint ends there.
