What Happened
A player from India says a 3,000 INR deposit made by UPI, India's instant bank payment system, on 4 October 2026 never reached their BC.Game balance. The order still shows as processing with nothing credited. The player says they opened a support ticket and sent screenshots, but the problem was not fixed.
How It Developed
- 2026-10-04The player paid 3,000 INR by UPI. The casino order stayed in processing.
- Complaint opened. The mediator advised asking the payment provider to trace the payment, said this can take about a month, and kept the case open.
- The player said the bank confirmed the transfer reached the recipient, and that BC.Game already had the payment proof, a bank statement and a live video check.
- The mediator asked for the bank's written confirmation showing the payment details and that it was delivered.
- No reply came, so the mediator added 7 more days and warned the complaint would be rejected without one.
Ongoing
Waiting for the player to send the bank's written confirmation; the deadline was extended by 7 days.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Not yet. The missing piece is written proof from the bank or UPI app that the money was delivered to the recipient. Get that confirmation, with the transaction details on it, before you file: it is the first thing the mediator asks for.
