A player from the Netherlands says that after three years at Betpanda they were asked to verify, passed, and then won a $1,000 bet that should have taken their balance to about $16,000. Instead, they say, the balance was emptied and support emailed that the account was closed for breaking the rules, without naming which. The player says the winnings came from sports bets and a few roulette spins.
