Betpanda: Account Blocked

22 cases on file where Betpanda blocked or closed an account with money inside. The block usually came right after a win, a withdrawal request or a passed KYC check.

Players say the reason given was a terms breach Betpanda didn't name, its anti-fraud rule or a flag from its sportsbook provider. In five cases, it let the player take out only their last deposit.

The largest claim is $524,974.85 won on live roulette: the player says Betpanda offered only his deposits back if he signed a confidentiality paper, and the casino sent its evidence to the mediator privately.
