What Happened

A player from Nigeria says a first Betpanda withdrawal of about 1,128 USDT, from sports and casino winnings, sat pending for hours while the casino ran a security check it had not mentioned before. The player filed an urgent complaint, then marked it resolved the same day.

How It Developed

2026-05-02Complaint opened. The mediator sent the standard note that withdrawals can take days or weeks and asked the player to wait 14 days.
2026-05-02Half an hour later the player marked the complaint resolved with the site's button, and the mediator closed it.

Resolved

The player marked the complaint resolved within hours; the thread does not spell out that the 1,128 USDT arrived.

What Helped

The problem apparently fixed itself within hours: the player used the resolved button the same day. A first withdrawal often triggers a security check; a few hours of pending status is normal.
