Betpanda: Withdrawal Issues

11 cases on file where a Betpanda payout got stuck. Most were held in what support called a security or routine check, often on a first withdrawal or after a big win.

Three were marked resolved within days: payouts of 1,128 and 1,200 USDT, and a 753 USDT deposit refund, though none of those pages shows the money arriving.

In five others, the account was blocked or banned while the payout was held, and the page shows no explanation from Betpanda.

One player says a first 8 SOL withdrawal arrived in two hours, then a second one the same day got stuck. Another, with 11,000 TRX on hold, stopped replying after the 14-day wait.

A case filed by a Gold VIP player in October 2026 is still open.

• Ask support in writing what the security check covers and how long it should take, and keep the answer.
• Wait the 14 days the mediator asks for on a delayed payout, then report back clearly whether it arrived.
• File a complaint early if a check has no end date; in five cases the account was blocked while the payout was still held.
• Keep the transaction hash, and give your wallet address in writing, when a refund is promised.
