What Happened

A player says Betpanda blocked their account and a withdrawal, saying its sportsbook provider had flagged their betting. According to the player, the casino has not said what they did wrong and is holding $1,050. The player denies arbitrage, match-fixing, running more than one account, or anything similar.

How It Developed

The casino told the player the account and the withdrawal were blocked over a flag from its sportsbook provider.
Complaint opened, asking for the $1,050 to be released.
The mediator asked the casino for an update and warned that silence would close the case as unresolved. No casino reply appears.

Unresolved

The casino gave no explanation on the page, and the player says $1,050 is still held.

What Has (and Hasn't) Helped

Nothing on the page moved it. A provider flag on its own is not a reason. Ask the casino which rule the flag relates to and which bets it covers.
