What Happened
A player from Spain opened a Coins.Game account on 21 August 2026, deposited about $180 over a few days, and built the balance to roughly $200 with original games and one sports bet. They say an overnight withdrawal was cancelled, support asked for KYC, and the account was then banned with the money inside. The player admitted that browser autofill had put the wrong first and last name on the registration, and said the casino only cared once they tried to cash out.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-28Complaint opened. The player said only about $20 of the balance was profit.
- 2026-08-31Asked whether the sign-up details were correct, the player said no: autofill had filled in some fields wrongly, but they had told support and sent their ID.
- 2026-09-07The mediator asked how far off the details were; the player said the name and surname were both wrong.
- 2026-09-14The mediator pointed to the casino's rule requiring a legal name and to Casino.guru's own code for players, said a completely different name is not a small typo, and rejected the complaint.
Rejected
The account was registered under a different name than the player's ID, which the mediator treated as more than a small typo.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked, because the account was registered under the wrong name. Check the name on the profile matches your ID before the first deposit, and if autofill got it wrong, have support fix it before you play.
