In four, players say it happened right after a win or during a withdrawal, with no clear reason given: a $409 balance during a cashout, $5,719 after first-day bets, about $15,000 in deposits, and nearly $35,000 after a win on Duelbits' own Taptrading game.

Another player was limited after an email barring them from a promotion. A player from Finland whose account was closed for a while after a €47,964 win later reported the remaining €30,113 settled, though the thread doesn't show how.

• Ask for the reason and the rule number in writing if your account is closed during a pending withdrawal.

• Ask which promotion rule is involved, and whether your own deposit can be returned, if your account is limited over a promotion.
